(1) The following amounts will be kept in the fund:-

(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign governments, national or international associations, organizations,
(c) Funds received from domestic or foreign associations, organizations or individuals,
(d) Amount received under rule 5,
(e) Money received by the fund from any other source.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), before the fund receives any kind of money, gift or assistance from a foreign government, international or foreign organization. The prior approval of the Government of Nepal will have to be obtained.
